The Coaching Essentials workshop is designed to provide participants with a solid foundation of key coaching principles and the skills necessary to immediately coach others for high performance and career acceleration. It is a highly engaging and experiential learning event in which participants engage in three, live coaching sessions and receive direct feedback on their personal effectiveness

This is a practicum-based workshop in which participants are introduced to highly potent coaching concepts and approaches, given opportunity to experiment with these in real-time coaching conversations and provided with immediate feedback on their personal effectiveness. Participants will learn the unique Holding On - Letting Go - Moving On coaching methodology is a highly personalized approach to performance improvement and career acceleration.

The workshop is fast-paced and highly experiential, employing a wide variety of proven educational processes to maximize participant learning and stimulate new ways of thinking about leading change.In the course of the workshop, participants identify the most important business and organization changes they are facing and focus directly on developing the skills, approaches, and habits that will have the most immediate and significant impact on these changes.

The workshop is designed to help participants shift their leadership effectiveness from being “competent” to being extraordinary. They will do this by stepping up to some of the most potent and difficult leadership practices. This is a risky journey with no universal roadmap. This workshop provides the setting, the concepts and the experiences to help Participants find their own way. Participants will learn how they can impact others on their teams and in their organization in a whole new way.
